AnkorPark (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the AnkorPark smart parking platform, including our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). - Account data: name, email address, phone number, and (where applicable) Telegram or other login identifiers when you register or use our apps.
- Vehicle information: license plate, vehicle type, and any vehicle details you add for parking sessions.
- Payment and wallet data: payment method details, transaction history, and wallet balance information necessary to process parking fees and top-ups.
- Communications: messages you send to our support or through in-app chat, and feedback you provide.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, app version, and how you use our apps and websites.
- Location data: when you use location-based features (e.g., to find parking or validate entry/exit), we may collect precise or approximate location, subject to your device and app permissions.
- Log data: access times, pages or screens viewed, and other diagnostic and usage logs.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from parking lot operators (e.g., entry/exit events, session details), payment processors, and (if you sign in via Telegram or similar) the identity provider, to the extent permitted by their terms and applicable law.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and improve the Services; process payments and maintain your transaction and wallet history; authenticate you and communicate with you (e.g., confirmations, receipts, security alerts, and support); comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect the rights and safety of AnkorPark, our users, and the public; analyse usage in an aggregated or de-identified way to improve our products, security, and user experience; and send you service-related or marketing communications where you have agreed or where permitted by law.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following bases: Contract—to perform our contract with you (e.g., providing parking services and processing payments); Legitimate interests—to operate and improve our Services, prevent fraud, and ensure security, where not overridden by your rights; Consent—where we ask for your consent (e.g., optional marketing, non-essential cookies). You may withdraw consent at any time; Legal obligation—where required by applicable law (e.g., tax, anti-money laundering, or regulatory requirements).
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with: parking operators to facilitate entry, exit, and billing; payment and service providers under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations; and when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AnkorPark, our users, or others. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and transaction data are typically retained for the duration of your account plus a period required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data subject to applicable law (see Section 8).
